Arctis becomes distributor of powerful
CO2 heat pumps and chillers

The German producer of large end scale CO2 plants, thermea Energiesysteme, has expanded its' distribution network in Europe by adding the Danish company Arctis ApS as distributor in the Scandinavian region including Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Arctis will be the direct contact for sales, support, and distribution of thermea products. Arctis has the knowledge and the knowhow for handling CO2-based solutions.

Thermea delivers high temperature heat pumps and liquid chillers with high temperature heat recovery systems for the industry and within building technology.

The achievable supply temperatures amount up to 900C on the hot side and down to -150C on the cold side.

Solution with a power range of more than 600 kW is based on the new screw compressor type ACR of Gea Grasso. The machine can supply more than 1000 kW in heating capacity on a single screw compressor.

No compromises have been made regarding construction of the units. The machine unit and the entire piping system are thus built to stand a minimum pressure of 120 bar.
